Our story begins in the quiet streets of Slovakia, where a love for sport, movement, and wellbeing blossomed early. After years of exploring various career paths in London\u2019s bustling corporate world, I discovered Pilates in 2019 \u2014a moment that would change everything. It was a practice that gave me a new understanding of my body, helped me rediscover strength, and showed me that true health is not about perfection, but about the freedom to move through life with ease and confidence.<\/p>\n
From that first experience, I was hooked. I pursued multiple certifications to deepen my understanding, starting with Stott Certification for Mat Pilates in 2019, continued my education with London Pilates Academy where I completed my reformer certification in 2022 culminating in a Clinical Pilates Diploma in 2024 with Breathe Education, which I consider my most valuable learning. Over the past three years, I\u2019ve had the privilege of teaching at a prestigious studio in London, that attracts celebrities and fitness enthusiasts alike.
