Reformer Pilates can be a supportive and gentle way to move during pregnancy and after birth. We kindly ask that you have clearance from your doctor before attending and let your instructor know before class so we can adapt the session to you safely.<\/p>\n

Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, similar to what you\u2019d wear for yoga.<\/p>\n

We recommend more fitted pieces so your instructor can see your alignment clearly.<\/p>\n

Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don\u2019t have a pair yet, regular socks are fine for your first visit \u2014 just note they may feel a little slippery.<\/p>\n

To protect the calm, uninterrupted flow of each session, the studio door is locked once class begins.<\/p>\n

If you arrive after the start time, you may not be able to join the class. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so you can settle in and begin your session with ease.<\/p>\n
