FAQ
FAQ
I’ve never tried Reformer Pilates before — can I join?
Our instructors guide you through everything, and our Intro Offer is designed specifically to help you feel comfortable, confident, and properly introduced to the method.
You don’t need to be fit or experienced to begin.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all.
Reformer Pilates is designed to meet you where you are. Strength, mobility, and confidence build gradually with practice — you simply need to show up.
I have an injury / condition — can I still attend?
Reformer Pilates is known for being gentle on the joints and highly adaptable.
Please let your instructor know before class about any injuries or conditions so we can support you safely throughout the session.
If you’re unsure, feel free to email us before booking.
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant or postnatal?
Yes — you’re very welcome.
Reformer Pilates can be a supportive and gentle way to move during pregnancy and after birth. We kindly ask that you have clearance from your doctor before attending and let your instructor know before class so we can adapt the session to you safely.
How many people are in a class?
We have just 5 reformers in the studio, which allows us to keep classes intentionally small.
This ensures personal attention, precise guidance, and a calm, focused atmosphere for every session.
What language are classes taught in?
Classes are taught in English.
This allows us to welcome both local clients and the many visitors and expats who join us in Bled.
How often should I attend?
For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency is where the real benefits of Reformer Pilates begin to show.
Do you offer trial or complimentary classes?
We don’t offer complimentary sessions.
If you’re new to Reformer, our Intro Offer is thoughtfully designed to give you the best first experience and proper introduction to the method and the studio.
What happens after my Intro Offer?
Once you’ve completed your Intro sessions, you can choose from our class packs or membership options to continue your practice with us.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, similar to what you’d wear for yoga.
We recommend more fitted pieces so your instructor can see your alignment clearly.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair yet, regular socks are fine for your first visit — just note they may feel a little slippery.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class so you can settle in and start your session calmly and on time.
What if I arrive late?
To protect the calm, uninterrupted flow of each session, the studio door is locked once class begins.
If you arrive after the start time, you may not be able to join the class. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so you can settle in and begin your session with ease.
Do you have changing facilities or showers?
We don’t have dedicated changing rooms or showers by design, as the studio is created for small, focused sessions rather than high foot traffic.
There is a restroom available if you need to change before or after class.
Most clients arrive ready to move and head back into their day feeling refreshed.
Is there a water fountain?
We don’t have a water fountain, so please bring a bottle of water with you.
Where do I park?
The nearest parking is directly outside the shopping centre.
Parking is payable — please check current rates.
Should I sign up in advance?
We recommend booking your class in advance to secure your reformer.
Walk-ins are welcome if a reformer is available. If you choose to walk in, please arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can settle in before class begins
What is your mobile phone policy?
To protect the calm atmosphere of the studio, phones are not used during class.
If you’re expecting an urgent call, simply step outside to take it.
This is your time to disconnect from daily demands and reconnect with your body and breath. Thank you for helping us keep this space distraction-free for everyone.
Can I share my classes with a friend?
Classes and memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to others.
